So I spent the latter part of this weekend at an NZAMD Teachers Contemporary workshop. We all learnt alot and had the opportunity to dance and learn choreography from the actual creator of the syllabus, Anne Dewey herself. In addition to some fabulous work learnt, I bumped into one of my very first Dance Teachers Shelley Coutts. She runs a studio down in Invercargill and this is the first time since I was about 8 that we've caught up so very nice. Lots of new things to teach at Contemporary classes from now on at AMDC.
